EPIC’s aim with Transport Logistics is to provide a quality service, utilised on a required basis, that will compliment the ‘GrainXchange’.

We also intend for this site to be an access to registering machinery to be freighted.

The process associated with Transport Logisitics will be tender and information sharing using the website as a platform for negotiation.

This process will support and empower transport companies and link clients on a needs basis. Transport companies will know what and where commodities are located across Australia and can register in either tender or trade match processes.

Clients can register commodities requiring transportation, including time frames. This will allow both parties to co-ordinate transportation to mutual gain.

It is the aim of ‘Transport Logistics’ to establish buyer confidence in purchasing ‘on farm grain in storage’. The website will provide quality ratings for on farm storage using information provided by the seller (grower). These ratings will be assessed by KPI feedback from transport companies & buyers. EPIC will model Transport Logistics to suit the service required.
